    Travis, you're looking great! A little scruffy looking with that growth on your face but good none-the-less. Keep up the hard work. It's really awesome to see the improvements you're making. Keep lifting those weights and I'll have you carrying me up the stairs to the next Flames match. Take care.

    OMG this guy looks almost normal! Regular clothes, no tubes/wires/bionic implants........ whoever would have thought it??

    These pictures tell a most remarkable story, and I feel privileged to be able to share it. Huge thanks to everyone who made/makes this all possible :D

    Now how about a picture of Travis and Cathie doing tandem workouts??
